Chad Teal
Pastor
He has served as senior pastor since September of 2020 after his predecessor, Eric Winslow, was unexpectedly called home to glory in September of 2019. Pastor Teal has been in full-time ministry since 1998 and has served as Youth Pastor, Worship Pastor, Assistant Pastor and Senior Pastor in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama and now Missouri. Rev. Teal came to First Baptist of Wildwood after serving the God’s Way Baptist Church in Troy, Alabama for 18 and a half years from April of 2002 until September of 2020. He served there as Assistant Pastor for three years and Senior Pastor for 15 years. Rev. Teal has been married to Stacy (from Shelbina, Missouri) since 2002 and has 12 children (6 boys and 6 girls).
In case you missed it, Pastor Teal loves collard greens, and grits, and likes his tea and potatoes sweet.
Scott Weldy
Assistant Pastor
Scott Weldy faithfully serves the First Baptist Church of Wildwood as a Deacon, leads a small group Bible study and our congregation in worship.
He is married to Jessica and has four children (2 boys and 2 girls).
Caedon Teal

Caedon Teal serves as a Pastoral Intern at First Baptist Church of Wildwood.
He takes care of our building and grounds, prepares our weekly prayer sheet and bulletin, teaches a variety of Bible classes from children to adults, leads congregational singing, plays trumpet
